How vendor, customer, and artwork data is handled

Print My Cards collects vendor registration details, customer shipping details, card artwork files, and payment records only for account management, order processing, courier dispatch, support, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Uploaded files are stored in protected storage paths and should not be exposed publicly. Access should be limited to authorized operators, admins, and the vendor who submitted the order.

Payment data should be validated through the selected gateway and sensitive secrets must never be stored in public source files for live deployment.

Operational data may be retained for invoicing, audit, order dispute handling, and legal compliance, then removed according to your business retention policy.
