These are the questions retailers and service centers usually ask before registration, during artwork preparation, or while tracking an order after wallet deduction.

The platform supports PAN PVC cards, ABHA card prints, smart ID cards, and custom PVC card workflows.

Vendors recharge their wallet first. When a new order is submitted, the platform automatically deducts the order value from the current wallet balance.

Vendors can upload PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. File validation is applied during submission.

After the order is placed, the system generates an order number. Enter that order number on the tracking page to see approval, print, and courier status.

The current build uses a simulation-ready payment layer and is structured to be connected to live Razorpay verification during deployment.
